This week's Shutterday asks us for "This week's theme: I Ate This (Show us what you odd ducks will put in your bills...)" Personally, I don't think I eat anything odd, and if I did, I probably wouldn't take a picture of it. What you're looking at is a simple taco salad--a base of Fritos chips covered in taco meat, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and sour cream! Muy Bueno

ReplyDeleteI love taco salad but I've never used Fritos, (I use tortillas)but I think I'll try them next time and see if we like it that way better.
I like the Fritos because they don't break up as easily as tortilla chips!
