As a genealogist, I have spent a lot of time in cemeteries looking for my own relatives. For the last three years, I've been submitting photos of gravestones to Find a Grave. I've always loved graveyards for some reason. Some people may find that an odd hobby, but based on the popularity of that website, there are many people out there as odd as I am!

Talk about coincidence. Another local blogger was asking me just yesterday if I'd ever been to Oakwood on a photo hunt. I grew up not so far from there actually, and I work fairly close to it now, but I've never made the trip with a camera. In fact, I don't think I've ever been inside the gate.
