This statue of Karl Malone was unveiled in March 2006 outside what used to be the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, now known as the Energy Solutions Arena.
My action shots aren't usually very good, and I had forgotten that I had this photo until I started browsing thru my old pictures. It seemed appropriate :)
I took this just days after the statue was unveiled.
When I got a new camera, I started feeling ambitious. I've been entering my very ordinary snapshots on every photo meme site I can find. Maybe there's someone out there who won't think they're all just awful!
I would really love to hear what people think. I've also added the ratings recently in case there are people who have an opinion but don't feel like writing a comment!
All of these pictures are stored on Picasaweb and I've set up a slideshow of them on the bottom of the left column. If you're interested, clicking on the entry will open another window where you can see more info, such as the date and location of the picture. Or check out this map showing where my pictures were taken.
Clicking on the post title should take you to the challenge where I've submitted the photo.
Great shot! I know its a statue but I think its a great shot!
