This giant garden spade sits outside the Great Tomato Works, a section of the Lake Farmpark dedicated to the growing and the history of commercial cultivation of tomatoes in Ohio. They are considered so important to the economic development of the state of Ohio that in 1965, tomato juice was declared Ohio's official state beverage!

You might not be able to tell from my photo, but this spade is at least 15 feet tall!
