This is the Lake County Courthouse in Painesville, Ohio, the town where I grew up. It was built in 1910. The two statues in the front are Cain and Abel, representing of the "first" murder. I have always loved this building, and the dome with its 1000 pound eagle can be seen from almost anywhere in town!
