This figurine was a present from a co-worker I knew in the 80s. She was moving out of town and she was afraid it would get broken. I had mentioned that I liked it, so she gave it to me to keep it safe. I've moved at least a half-dozen times since then, and I've always packed it very carefully. I don't think it's as fragile as she thought it was.
